Absolutely not. Our pricing is completely transparent — you pay either the monthly fee or stay on our free plan, plus the transaction percentage shown. Stripe processing fees (1.5% + 20p) are separate and charged by Stripe, not us.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to all features. When you downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Payouts are processed 14 days after each event ends. This protects both you and your attendees by allowing time for any refund requests. Once processed, funds typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
