On our free Starter plan, we charge 5% per ticket sold. On Pro (£99/month), this drops to 3%. Stripe's payment processing fees (1.5% + 20p) are separate and handled directly by Stripe. There are no hidden fees, setup costs, or monthly minimums on the free plan.

You set your own refund policy when creating an event. Attendees can request refunds through their ticket page. You can approve or deny requests from your dashboard. When refunds are processed, the amount is deducted from your payout.
